Situated in the southern part of Batroun, Lebanon, this seaside resort project draws inspiration from the city's urban morphology. The historic urban layout of old Batroun is characterized by both the orthogonal footprint of the buildings and the meandering road patterns. The project consists of various types of bungalows, and the bespoke design of each unit contributes to the project's urban language. The architectural plan introduces a spatial shift that is also reflected in the section, with varying levels for each unit. This fragmented architectural approach offers a warm and human-scale experience while ensuring that each user benefits from an unobstructed sea view.
