“Coeur Vert” is located in the plateau of Qanat Bakish, at the base of Mount Sannine in the Metn area. The plot's semi-circular shape served as a fundamental consideration in configuring the layout to ensure privacy for each of the 7 rooms. The architectural proposal places the different modules around a central garden, forming an alignment with the road and offering different perspectives in each hotel unit. The green heart of the project enhances the users experience, linking the suites and bungalows to the communal areas. The lobby and restaurant areas are expanded to the outdoor terrace in the summer days, capturing a direct view of the valley.
