Located in the southern region of Batroun, this coastal resort benefits from a remarkable seafront view and occupies one of the rare untouched areas within the shore. Therefore, the environmental impact becomes a pivotal factor in the project's implementation. The core challenge lay in accommodating a significant built square footage while simultaneously ensuring a positive impact on the natural surroundings. Thus, the concept emerged to craft an architecture that seamlessly integrates with the environment, almost disappearing into the landscape. To bring this vision to life, the bungalows have been thoughtfully nestled into the terrain, featuring an open façade that maximizes the sea view. The incorporation of a series of patios ensures effective cross ventilation throughout the bungalows.
