Situated at the foot of Mar Charbel, adjacent to the Chabrouh Dam in Faraya, Lebanon, this project involves the revitalization and expansion of an abandoned old structure. The goal is to transform it into an indoor restaurant and bar while also creating a range of outdoor amenities including a pool area, a clubbing venue, and inviting hangout spaces. The natural topography and landmarks play a pivotal role in the design, with the mons (mountain peaks) acting as a compass for the region. The arrangement of the pool, bars, DJ booths, and outdoor artworks is carefully orchestrated to complement the surrounding environment, accentuating its distinctive features. This design fosters a meaningful dialogue among the Mar Charbel statue, the Chabrouh Dam and the Mzaar mountain.
